When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the signup time, your consent to launch and offer emails, and the offer associated with your signup. We use this to manage the waitlist, send your preorder offer and communicate about CHROMATIK launches. Services we use
Formspree processes waitlist submissions and Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. They handle information under their own privacy policies. Social and music links lead to third-party services whose policies apply when you visit them.
Your choices
You do not have to join the waitlist to browse. We do not sell your email address. We use it for CHROMATIK communications you have agreed to receive. You can use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or contact us to stop future marketing, correct your details, request access or ask for deletion.
Storage and security
We limit access to signup information and take reasonable steps to protect it. No online service can guarantee complete security. We retain information only as needed for the purposes described here, to respect unsubscribe requests, or where records are required by law. Provider storage and retention limits may also apply.
